There are no refunds for any services provided before or after the event. It is your responsibility to understand these Terms and Conditions and consent to them before completing any purchase.
No-show appointments: After 15 minutes, they will be automatically canceled and considered a donation used towards the gridwork Keleena conducts for the benefit of all humanity.
Rescheduling due to illness or emergency is your responsibility. Please notify us to receive a coupon for rescheduling your session.
Situations may occasionally arise where Keleena needs to reschedule with you (due to illness or emergency). No refunds are provided in this case; instead, we will reschedule you for the next available time.
You are not granted permission to publish any portion of any of the services publicly except with our prior written authorization given by us. Any recording is for your private use only.
